We purchased a used car last week and were very pleased with how courteous the staff was with answering our questions and pulling cars out for us to test drive. Very easy to deal with, laid back and no high pressure sales talk and the prices were very reasonable also. All the cars on the lot were exceptional clean, shinny and detailed. Our biggest dilemma was choosing which car to buy. Certainly worth the trip from St Louis.
I felt like I always received honest and thorough answers about every car I wanted to check out. Once we chose vehicles that we wanted, Andrew and the dealership was very accommodating and assisted us through the entire sale process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. There were a few fairly minor issues with the cars post-sale (like with any used car). Andrew always got back to me and completely took car of all of the issues, either himself, or through one of the dealers/shops he regularly uses. I have already recommended the Hagan's dealerships to people I've talked to who are looking for cars for all of the reasons written above, and I would highly recommend Andrew Hagan and his family if you are in search of a used car. I looked at many other dealerships, and none of them came close to the Hagan's in terms of earning my trust, and the level of service provided.
